Judgment obtained for footballer against Malaysian club Kelantan Red Warriors FC
Our client signed a contract with Kelantan Red Warriors FC. Within a few months of the commencement of the season, the club unilaterally terminated the contract without just cause, while seeking to characterize the termination as mutual.
We filed a matter before the FIFA Football Tribunal and obtained judgment in favour of the player, first for the residue of his contract, including interest on the said amounts.
